The people that work at wells fargo dealer services are so rude, disrespectful & vulgar! I don't know who hires these guys, or who is providing them with customer service representatives training, but i have good news for wells fargo dealer services whatever it is you're doing it's not working.

You guys have failed, its my goal to open up every one's eyes to a company that thinks or believes they have the right to disrespect people the way the guy i spoke to today thought he could, and to top it off he transfers the line to another guy he works with, who lied about his identity and what department he works in ( how do i know he lied, because when i talked to his supervisor John and i gave him that name, he said with his own words "we don't have a person by that name working here and we don't have a recovery department"). Can anyone explain to me, why is it the people that work at wells fargo dealer services think they can do that? Something id definitely wrong with the management and i am going to make sure there's nothing i will not do until they clean up and shape up. I am going to take it to corporate, i am going to write a review everyday if i have to so no one ever gets talked to with such disrespect and rudeness.

Nobody should ever feel the way i felt today!! EVER !!!

Wells fargo dealer services are ***. They are rude and dont listen.

I missed one payment one month because they stopped sending my payment notices cause i filed bankruptcy. They called so ive been paying a little extra each month to catch up. Besides the tranny went out on it, so now a couple months go by. Now they are saying im 3 monyhs late .

When i ask them to send me copies of payments they said they cant. When i asked what happemd to the extra money i have sent each month they said i have not sent extra???? Wtf. ....

they are very hostile and want answrr now!!!! I explained my hardship now they said its a finamcial liability. When they werent happy with why i was late the demamded an answer. Thr answer wasny good enough.

They want to know when and how i wipe my ***. I ecplained its ridiculous. *** ***.

Come take the truck than i told them afyer putting over 1500 in for a tranny they said oh we just want payment and i shpuld have told them the tranny went out!!! Wtf.

First of all.When anyone sign's an contract,That contract become's binding.You yourself are stating you will honor this contract period.The company does not care if you have heartship's.Everyone has heartship's at sometime or another.In 2010 i had to file for bankruptcy.Wells Fargo Dealer Services stop sending me my monthly statement's.So i telephoned WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES to ask why?My monthly statement's had stopped being sent me me.I was transferred to the bankruptcy department and The customer service rep.Explained to me that once i filed for bankruptcy my monthly statement's were to stop being sent out to my address althought my vehicle was not listed in the bankruptcy.Sure enough the next month after i made the regular payment for the previous monthly payment.I started recieving my monthly statement's again on time each month.In stating this comment i have never had a problem with WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES because i kept my part of the contract up reguardless of weather i recieved a monthly statement from WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES OR NOT.I paid WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES ON TIME EACH MONTH and I have never to this date had a problem.We all should alway's try our best to up hold our contract's.Sometime's i have had to let other thing's go to pay my monthly payment but i also know that GOD is good and He will work our problem's out for us if we have faith in him.Now i ask this question.What is more important XMAS gift's or your vehicle to get from point a to point b?Think about what you are saying.It is not WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES JOB TO MAKE THAT DECISION.It is your's.Be responsible for your own action's.Don't expect someone else to be responsible for you.God Bless and Have a good day.

You mention yelp and the BBB but have you thought about posting on the ripoff report about Wells Fargo? You might get some helpful advice there and read up on some horror stories of people who went through similar experiences that you went through.

I did finance my new car through a credit union..but something has to be done to stop these low life uneducated animals from pushing already struggling people off the cliff..it is the bottom of the bucket type of people they hire to do the job of calling and harassing customers. When in fact...most repsl have worse financial issues then we do and probably are currently enrolled in court ordered anger management courses.

My ex use to work for a bank in the loan dept and wow! Did I learn interesting things about folks they hire to do collections! Still it doesn't make any of their disgusting acceptable. I get it I am late...I'm making no excuses for it...but in 5 years of making my payments like a responsible human and then to be talked to in such a vulger and degraing manner by Well Fargo reps Jose and Joe is unacceptable.

I plan on makinug reports to the BBB, yelp, and to the CEO of WF for unprofession conduct.

I also am reach out to local TV stations to see if they can ruffle some feathers with management. This playground bullying has to stop!

My father had a similar problem with Wells Fargo Financial as a business institution years ago. I tend to agree: the workers there are dishonest and rude.

You might want to take your business elsewhere to a more stable institution such as a Credit Union. They are more trustworthy and stable and the workers are much nicer, too.

Wells Fargo Dealer Services are extremely unprofessional, I was 31 days late on a loan that I had paid faithfully for 5 years. Financial hardship created this embrassing situation and I have been attacked no stop by Jose in Arizona with threats about repo the car within days.

I couldn't take the harrassment and literaly have had a nervous breakdown over all the threts. I traded the car in and called to let them know as I thought they would be glad to a pay off instead he screamed at me that I had no right to trade the car in and that by the time they get chck I will be 60 days late. So he told me they were going to the dealership to repo the car and I would owe a down payment for my new car which he knew I wouldn't have and laughed saying well looks like you should of paid your payment of $864 now your going to be without a car. And the chuckled again.

It is a shame these people have no idea how to be kind. They all are rude, insensitive and threated me to the point I felt like the *** of the world and I'm. A responsible person that experienced a hardship. My loan was 42,000 and I paid it down to $14,000 with no previous problems.

I've been scared to death they are going to pick my car up from the dealership before they get the pay off check. Can they do this? I'm making my late payment on thurs to wells fargo as agreed upon before I sold it to carmax, which by th way they suggested that option to me. Should I expect $$ back since the payoff included my past due payment?

My last payment to them was 8/27/12 so its not like I'm not paying my bills. Lastly, the stress of this situation and harrassment by Jose and Joe has put me into an deep depression and riddled to the core with fear of loosing my car, I'm single full time grandmother of 2 little girls I'm raising on my own and I can't function properly because of the amount of torment by these people. I'm wanting to file a complaint but they refuse to let speak to a supervisor. Can they do that?

Wow.. I couldn't agree with you more.

I know this post is a couple years ago but I had to respond. I can't stand these people. I got newly divorced and became a single mom to 5 kids right before Christmas. I was trying to work something out with them so I could still get my kids some Christmas presents (I was about 30 days late in my payment at the time) and was told by good ole' "Rocco" that I just needed to give my vehicle up.

Then he denied our previous conversation about how he was going to work something out with me. I hung up with him and got an equally "charming" lady on the phone, Tamala, who tried to tell me how to spend my money! Then drilled me on what I was spending my money on! Then she told me I shouldn't be Christmas shopping yet (this was the first week of December).

These are just 2 of the lovely people I've had to deal with with this company. There's been a couple others (Gloria and Connie) that have been equally obnoxious. I refuse to deal with them anymore.

Their methods are deplorable. I bad mouth this company every chance I get.
