I called on June 30th, 2015 to schedule a payment for July 3rd. I called the next day July 1st 2015 and cancelled that payment and added another for the end of July.
There was already one in place for the middle of July.
The next week I notice the payment yad been taken out of my bank account anyways leaving my account in the negative and them not willing to put the money back in my account. They say they do not have a record od me calling on July1st, but I spoke to a lady named Stephanie.
