A guy from wellsfargo dealer services called me this morning and asking me what is my name that he cannot pronounce my name, that was very rude to call somebody and telling the person you can't pronounce the name ,then why did you called?and how are you sure you are talking to the right person?

he talked to me in a very rude manner despite the fact that i told him to call the name he has that i will correct him if he does not say it right, he told me he will hang up on me if i don't tell him my name, that's not a good customer service approach.He has forgotten that customers pay his salary.He is also giving the company a bad reputation, even if a customer pays late, is still a customer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
