I have been calling the number 20 times a day for two weeks to pay off a debt. The department they keep transferring me to ALWAYS says "no one is answering and the mailbox is full" and there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE WHO CAN HELP! All i want to do is pay...

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I will never do business ever again and will urge everyone else i know to do the same!

I am having the same issue... the mailbox is full and they wont give me an address to mail payments.
