Worst customer service ever. Bounced around to several different departments over the course of 4 days. Lied to. Told many different forms of information. They misplaced my car payment. Said they didn't know where it was. Took 4 days for them to credit it back to my loan. Repossessed my car due to the misplaced payment. Ridiculous. Will be closing my personal bank account with them as well
