i requested a copy of my title - i am three years into my loan, and needed to transfer my registration as i've moved. it is time sensitive.

i was told i have to have the dmv send over a written request and they will only respond by mail. 4-6 weeks. i pleaded.

i explained my situation in its entirety, i cannot wait. i am desperate.

they did not give a ***.

so fine. as soon as i get this taken care of, i am taking my business elsewhere. preferably to a company that doesn't use the pony express. a company that has computers and technology and communicates like the rest of the world in 2015.

-beyond pissed.
