Wells Fargo Dealer Services - Terrible
Between the robo dialing me more than once a day asking for early payments. I was 3 days late, the repossessed claiming I was 3 months late. My bank statements and credit report suggest that I was current.
My car will be auctioned off. I opted to put a deposit on a different vehicle after reading that people were paying the high cost to get their cars back and then Wells Fargo Dealer Services demanded full payment of the loan.
At times I was 3 months ahead on my loan. Now my car sits in a lot waiting to be auctioned off.
I stopped answering their calls. At 4:30 AM was taking my car. The guy drives around with a special scanner. Scans license plates to see if he can repo the car.
One to board at the impound lot, he has the highest sales number. Not something he should be proud of.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $9000.
Preferred solution: No negative impact on my credit.
