I was paying my payments everything on time until

I was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2012

I called Wells Fargo dealer services to try to get my payment

Reduced and they refused to reduce the payment.

I have not been able to work since August of 2012 and have a letter

From my doctor detailing my illness as well as my inability to work

I told Wells Fargo dealer services that I could pay 1/2 the payment

And sometimes that is ok and sometimes not

I am bedridden most of the time, yet Wells Fargo dealer services call at least

Twice a day. It has been only 3 weeks since I made a payment, today I was in the hospital needed a transfusion and was threatened that they

Don't car if I am in the hospital or not "I better make a payment now

As my account is flagged as 'very bad'!

These people are not human!! Every other creditor

Has helped and worked with me, but these people call weekends, odd hours and only threaten! They say it is 'business' and Iust pay or lose my only form if transportation to get to the doctor!!
