Wells Fargo Dealer Services - Close out my loan

My car got totaled in a crash. Insurance paid off Wells Fargo but i was still upside down. I had purchased GAP insurance to make up the difference. It has been almost a month and no response on closing out loan. Still making payments! Worst company ever and never missed a payment.

Wells Fargo Dealer Services - WORST COMPANY SERVICE EVER

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Customer service is horrible. How they run their business is even worse. They constantly give you the run around. I’ve called for the last 3 days trying to resolve the issue with my account and I have gotten NO WHERE! I’m surprised they are even still in business.
