In December 2017, I mailed 2 checks along with a cover letter including where to send the title upon receiving the payoff. All was done according to the payoff statement received from them.

I have called numerous times to find out why one check in the envelope was applied to the loan, the other vanished into thin air! My case was eventually turned over to the President’s office where a gentleman told me “Next time don’t mail 2 checks together. It is an automated system that reads the first check and shreds the rest.” Seriously??? There will not be a next.

I had to do a stop payment on the second check, a cashiers check, and get it reissued. I mailed 2 checks again. This time in separate envelopes. The second check was for interest that has accumulated since December.

Yesterday, the interest check was applied and the other is still out there somewhere. Never ever again!

Do not trust this company! It is either very incompetent or taking advantage of the everyday consumer!
