It has happen shortly after we bought the car last year in 2016. You cant get anywhere with them.

They deferred they claim but it was the amount they was going to defer. They wont do it again. They call and call. I dont answer anymore because i am tired of explaining.

So we will let them have it. We will still have to pay on it because we were in an accident no fault of ours costing over 6000 in damages.

They will not get back what they would want. I guess your not allowed to have finacial problems in their eyes.

In other words, YOU did not carry the REQUIRED insurance and it's all THEIR fault, right???
