I recently have taken on a Wells Fargo Loan it has been one of the most difficult experiences. There system is so antiquated it makes it very difficult to pay them.

When you call there customer service line they appear to be pissed off and annoyed that they have to deal with you. With previous loan I had with VW made it very easy to do banking with them. This morning I had to call them 4 times to get my auto payment set up, at the end of the call they told me I could not set it up since my loan was 6 days past due. It was past due because I could not figure out how to pay them.

Now that I want to have my account auto deducted they will not let me.

Makes no sense.

Isn't it amazing how the whiners about lenders are those who are late payers? Oh yes, its all their fault.

Not only that, despite the FACT its a large company with many offices, you just couldn't find a way to contact them and make your payment!

Right. Sure!
