1. It takes about five minutes before you can talk to a person, you have to enter your loan number, then when you talk to a person you get to repeat yourself. The person on the other end first question what is your account number? You have to repeat what you say about 3 times because they don't listen to a thing you say. Rude customer service reps. I received 3 calls within 45 minutes and for weeks before other harrassing phone calls to myself and my cousin claiming that i had a payment due.

I own a 2011 used SUV, financed in 2014 for 21K, consistent payments and over-payments to bring that down to 11K. I have no late credit history on this account before June 2016. So I missed my payment of 315.00 in June and still owed another $60 from May due to an underpayment (because I had overpaid by $250 in April). Awful service they treat you like garbage and they feel they are better than you it's unfortunate because of us customers they have jobs..
